CMA General Manager, Keletso Totlhanyo was a guest of honour at last month’s 50th Diamond Marathon in Kimberley in Northern Cape. She not only fired the start gun for the 42,2km race but also presented the awards in various categories.


Staff members, Ian Williams and Jarred Singh also attended the race and assisted athletes with information on The Ultimate Human Race, captured qualifying details and touched base with Comrades runners.


Kimberley Harriers Chairperson, Sammy Louw thanked Team Comrades for their presence at the race.


Louw said, “Kimberley Harriers Running Club sincerely thanks you for attending the 50th Diamond Marathon. Kimberley Harriers has been supporting Comrades for the last 50 years. It was a great honour for us to have you at our memorable race. Your presence and support contributed to the success of our race. Thank you very much for your generosity, friendliness and support. The Comrades executive team gave an extra dimension to the Diamond Marathon. Thank you once again for attending our race.  We shall see you at Comrades 2020!”
