COMRADES WEBINARS TO EMPOWER RUNNERS WITH EXPERT INSIGHTS
The Comrades Marathon Association (CMA) is excited to confirm the Comrades Webinar schedule in the build-up to the 98th Comrades Marathon on Sunday, 8 June 2025.
The series of informative webinars are designed to empower runners with the knowledge and inspiration they need to succeed in The Ultimate Human Race. These webinars, part of the CMA’s Runners First initiative, aim to provide valuable insights and advice from experts in the field of long-distance running.
Having started with a female-focused webinar last week, the online session on Wednesday, 5 February 2025 concentrated on qualifying, seeding, strength and recovery and continue to be hosted on a monthly basis.
Featuring a renowned panel of experts, these sessions will include Q&A opportunities and are free for all participants. Attendants just need to register via the Comrades website at www.comrades.com

The 98th Comrades Marathon will start at the Pietermaritzburg City Hall and finish 12 hours later in Durban on Sunday, 8 June 2025. This will be the 49th Down Run.
